Registration Fees Includes

Cancellation Policy

  • 90% refund on cancellation due to non procurement of VISA-relevant documental proof need to be submitted in original.
  • 90% of the registration fee will be refund on cancellation upto 30th Oct, 2017
  • 50% of the registration fee will be refund on cancellation upto 30th Nov, 2017
  • 25% of registration fee will be refund on cancellation upto 30th Dec, 2017
  • No refund on cancellation after 10th Jan, 2018
  • Refunds on cancellation of accommodation will be as per the actual charged by the hotel. Please contact Dreamz Travels directly for any changes/cancellations of accommodation.
  • All refunds will be made after the conference through account payee cheques
