All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport valid for 6 months from the date of arrival in India. Yes. We do provide invitation letters that participants may use when applying for the visitor visa to India. This letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Please note that embassies will check with the Symposium Organizers that participants are registered for the Symposium, for which an affirmative answer will only be granted if the participants have paid their registration fee in full. The organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
The Symposium Organizers will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the Symposium to provide any financial support.
The letters will be sent by e-mail. In case a postal mail is needed, the delegate shall order a courier at his / her own expense.

The Symposium fee does not include insurance. All participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance, which must be purchased in your country of origin. The organizers will not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
